AGENCY CREATIVE LEO MARCANTONIO
Mainframe have recently completed a photoreal fully cgi commercial for new London agency Holmes Hobbs Marcantonio (HHM) for the national newspaper marketing body Newsworks.
Using the metaphor of butterflies for the increasingly fickle media consumer, Mainframe animated the journey of the insects through a phone, laptop and tablet. We worked closely with creative director Leo Marcantionio and industry veteran Adrian Holmes to achieve a flowing and believable story.

The good Folk at ITV creative asked us to get involved with the launch promo for 2015’s Xfactor. We VFX supervised a fun (and long) day on a fabulously built set at the impressive Pinewood Studios. There was so much going on that day we needed 3 of us there to make sure we didn’t miss a thing, and its not every day you get to 3D scan a national treasure.
After the shoot we took care of the post-production of all visual effects including set extensions, creating an army of Cheryl Fernandez-Versini Bots in a completely CG environment and making Simon Cowell’s dogs, Squiddly and Diddly sing. Sweet.

Mcgarry Bowen’s London's office paired Mainframe up with Outsider’s Chris Balmond to deliver the goods on their new Sky Vegas ad campaign. Mainframe worked closely with Chris to deliver all of the 3d animation, compositing and grade for the campaign which goes a step beyond the usual gaming ads.

Mainframe devised the Robot and factory theme and set about designing and animating the space. With a lot happening in just 15 seconds the narrative had to be brief!
