The relationship

Mainframe has been working with Haleon and GSK for nearly a decade. In that time we have collaborated across Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Theraflu, Polident Expert and Physiogel, from mechanism of action films to product launches and commercial graphics.
We work with Haleon offices around the globe and have been able to slot in and adapt with the agencies they partner with. We also work directly with creative teams at Haleon, alongside the inventors, scientists and medical professionals who understand each product best.

What a decade builds

A long relationship changes the design work. We adapt to the different brand styles within the portfolio, and we help define assets within the brands, so each new piece starts from an understood visual language.
Rather than one-off assets, we build scalable visual systems and asset libraries that let medical teams and agencies reuse and localise content while holding consistency, clarity, and alignment with the science and the brand. On Panadol, the tablet and environments exist as one master asset library, so each new requirement became a version rather than a rebuild.
Being immersed in the science and product benefits keeps the work accurate from the first animatic. Haleon's communications carry a strong science based narrative, and we are often asked to create brighter, more vibrant and appealing executions than real life.

The routes

Theraflu came to us through Prodigious, reimagining the Blue Man with the agency's team. Panadol and Advil are direct relationships with the brand teams. Both routes draw on the same asset knowledge and the same understanding of how the work gets reviewed and approved.
